Clark Cummings Farms is a family-owned farm dedicated to raising high-quality, pasture-raised beef with care, transparency, and respect for the land.
Our cattle are raised on open pasture, following natural, low-stress practices, and are grain-finished to produce flavorful, well-marbled beef. We do not use added hormones, and animal welfare is central to how we farm.
We sell beef directly to customers by the share (quarter, half, or whole), with each order custom processed to fit individual preferences for cuts, packaging, and portion sizes. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to build relationships with our customers and gives them confidence in where their food comes from and how it’s raised.
Based in Kansas, we’re proud to serve families who value locally raised food, ethical farming, and knowing their farmer.
